As a precaution against people using exploits in phpBB or something, Apache is now blocked from initiating outgoing connections. If your pages contain scripts that connect to other servers, there are two ways to get them working again.
Contact root@antiflux.org with the address(es) of the remote server(s).
Use your crontab to run the script so that it runs under your user account and isn't restricted.
