i told someone once that playing ultimate was as good as being in love. after playing, i get a sense of euphoria that carries me through the rest of the day. i smile at random people on the subways and i get a silly grin on my face when i think about the good throws / catches i made.

the good thing about ultimate is that you get the endorphins, without the downsides of being in love. afterall, ultimate never breaks your heart.
