My borscht (well, foodtv.ca's borscht) includes pork side ribs. No cheese, though.

It turned out very well. The recipe's called Auntie Katey's Beet Borscht of the Gods on the Food Network Canada web site.

I felt like I was cheating by using beef broth from a can, but it already took 3 hours to prepare. Next time, I'll make my own broth in advance.
