last weekend, ben and I chose 5 really great cheeses:

Saint Nectaire - Wendy claims this tastes like strawberries! It was so good, I want more!
Brebille - Sheeps milk cheese from Aveyron, France. This one was SO good we ate it on the spot.
Red Dragon Cheddar - a Welsh cheese! It's made with brown ale and mustard, and one of my favourite cheddars!
Cendre de Vergy - ashy, and good.
Rondu de Brebis - Round sheep's milk cheese, firm and had a barn-like flavour.
