cheese selection five

Here it's practically labelled for you:

Pere Joseph - belgium cheese, popular for dessert, it was good, and soft like morbier! Apparently it came in new on Saturday and the wheel was half gone by the time we got there!
reblochon savoie - This cheese is amazing! It's soo good, I had to stop myself from eating it all!
some French goat cheese - I believe I met a live famous goat when I was in France, who modelled for this cheese company. This cheese is gooooey good.
tiger blue (not shown)

I was lazy, so there are no photos of cheese selection four:
edel de cleron (it was really good! there was some red pine on the edge which gave an interesting flavour, and is the paturized version of vacharin mont d'or, which I plan to get around christmas...),
munster, and
gjetost, which is caramelly and nutty, and good with apple festival apples.

Morbier is my FAVORITE CHEESE EVER! Have you been to "Les Amis du Fromage" near Burrard and 2nd? They have an amazing selection of European imports!
