Idiazabal - This is a spanish, smoked sheep cheese! And it has it's own website! Yum!
Boschetto al Tartufo (Italian cheese) - it's my favourite truffle cheese, it's soft, and I think the cheese might be unripened.
Marseilles - at least I think that's what the label says on this soft, yet strong french cheese says.
Tiger Blue - again, because it's so good!
