A delicious pie, and a good way to eat all those fresh blueberries in season. Epicurious had a recipe which we were about to attempt, until we noted the bad fork rating. We used the blueberry compote, and modified the Joy of Cooking's version of Lemon Meringue pie.
Pow! Yum! Maybe if we used raspberries instead of blueberries it could be that much better. Not that it was bad, but raspberries are just better.
